Insights board: questions
Something else? Write to us and a person replies.
Where do the sentences come from?
From fixed calculations over your own data, not from a language model. A line such as “Half of new customers pay within 2–3 days” is a median over your customers’ first payments, and the tile shows the bars it was computed from, so you can check every sentence against the numbers behind it.
Which period does the board cover?
The period you picked on the dashboard: 7, 30 or 90 days, or a custom range. Every number on the board follows it and is computed in your site’s timezone, so “Payments peak on Sunday at 3pm” means 3pm where your site is based, not where ProductLense’s servers happen to run.
Why is a tile empty?
A tile needs enough data to say something true. Until a period has a few customers, tiles such as days to purchase say so instead of showing a misleading figure. Widen the date range or wait for more payments, and the tile fills in on its own without any setup on your side.
Which plans include the insights board?
The board opens on every plan. Tiles that read the path to purchase, such as days and visits to purchase and the weekday and hour heatmap, need Growth or Scale, and show an upgrade note on smaller plans. Public dashboards leave plan-gated tiles out entirely rather than showing a locked card to visitors.
How is revenue per visitor trended?
As a 7-day average: each point is the revenue of the last seven days divided by their visitors. A running average from the first day lets one early sale spike the curve and flatten the rest, so ProductLense uses a trailing window and starts the line once a full week of data exists.
