Raw eventsv1.1
Every event, as it arrived. Search it, then take it with you.
The events explorer lists each pageview and custom event, newest first, with page, source, country, device and properties. Filter it, open the visitor behind a row, and download raw events as CSV or JSON lines.

Raw events and export: questions
Something else? Write to us and a person replies.
How long are raw events kept?
Ninety days. Every report built from them, such as visitors, sources, pages and revenue, is kept for good on Growth and Scale, so older history stays in your dashboard after the raw rows expire. Download raw events regularly if you want a permanent copy in your own warehouse or storage bucket.
What is in a row?
Time, event name, page, hostname, referrer, channel, source, campaign, country, region, city, device, browser, operating system, a short pseudonymous visitor id and the event’s properties. There is no IP address and no email, because ProductLense never stores them, so the explorer shows behaviour without identifying the person behind it.
Can I export everything?
You can download raw events for any range within the last 90 days as CSV or JSON lines, streamed so a large file starts downloading at once. The account export also gives you daily aggregates for your whole history and your payments as CSV, so leaving ProductLense never means leaving your data behind.
Is the explorer live?
Yes. Turn on Live and new events slide in at the top every few seconds, which is the quickest way to check that a new goal or custom event is firing. Live pauses while you scroll down to read older rows, and resumes when you return to the top of the list.
Who on my team can see raw events?
Everyone on the site’s team can open the explorer, downloads follow the same owner and admin rule as the account export, and public dashboards never show raw rows. The events carry no personal data, but properties are whatever your code sends, so avoid putting emails or names in event properties if you share access with contractors.
