Data retention

How long ProductLense keeps raw events, sessions, aggregates, first touch, identities and billing data, and how plan history windows differ from storage.

ProductLense keeps raw events for 90 days and the aggregates built from them for the life of the site. This page lists every kind of data, where it is stored and for how long.

Storage is not the same as history

Your plan sets how far back you can look in the dashboard: 30 days on Free, 365 days on Starter, everything on Growth and Scale. It is a window, never a deletion: downgrading hides older dates, the data behind them stays stored, and upgrading shows them again with the same numbers. See Plans and limits.

What the 90-day limit affects

Reports built from raw events cover at most 90 days at a time:

  • Goal conversions and funnels.
  • The visitors list and visitor journeys.
  • Live.

Traffic reports (overview, sources, pages, countries, devices) read the aggregates, so they cover any range your plan allows. Unique visitor counts in aggregates are approximate: about 0.8% for site totals and about 1.6% for pages and sources. How ProductLense counts explains the bound.
